Our serviced apartment on Malaya Gruzinskaya Street is a cozy and quiet place for accommodating up to 4 persons. This 2 room apartment has a nice living room and a bedroom. In the living-room there is everything you need to spend a restful time, it features a comfortable pull-out sofa, a little table and a TV with DVD. There is also a balcony. The bedroom is also comfortable with a double bed. As for the kitchen, it is well furnished and you can find everything here that you might need in everyday life: electric kettle, refrigerator, gas stove, plates, pots and pans and many other useful things. There is a bathroom with a bathtub and toilet. There is also a washing machine in the apartment.

Our serviced apartment is situated in a very well-known area of Moscow called Krasnopresnenskaya. The most famous place here is Moscow Zoo. It is the largest and oldest zoo in Russia. The Moscow zoo has over 6000 animals from more than 1000 species and covers an area of about 21.5 hectares. The area is also right on the Ring Road - Sadovaya street. Both sides of the street are full of offices and restaurants. This location of the apartment is just west of the Kremlin. Red Square is within walking distance. When walking towards the Kremlin, you will pass many ancient monuments, theatres and other culturally interesting spots.

The apartment is cleaned three times per week (on Monday, Wednesday and Friday). The bed-clothes and towels are changed once a week. The apartment features phone, satellite TV, DVD, stereo system and free Internet access.
