The three-room apartment is situated in the very heart of Moscow, close to the Old Arbat. Such attractions as the White House, American Embassy, the highest in Moscow Ukraina Hotel and other architectural monuments are located nearby. It will take 7-10 minutes to reach the nearest metro station, Smolenskaya, on foot. The windows of the apartment look out upon the Noviy Arbat, one of the most famous Moscow streets.

The total area of the apartment equals 55 square meters. There are two bedrooms of the same size. The total area of the combined living room and kitchen reaches 25 square meters. The apartment is furnished with two comfortable double beds and modern functional furniture. In the apartment there are two separate bathrooms. Those who are used to comfortable accommodation will be satisfied with a number of amenities, such as TV, phone, audio-system, washing machine, microwave oven, and even toaster. The guests of the apartment can make unlimited calls to the USA.

The bed-clothes and towels are changed twice a week. The apartment is cleaned daily, except for the weekends and holidays.

The apartment features the metal door. The access to the block of apartments is through the coded door. Concierge keeps order in the block of apartments.
