   The two-room apartment on Noviy Arbat Street is 57 sq. m. in size. It is located in 10 minutes' walk of Smolenskaya metro station. The windows of the apartment overlook the White House and American Embassy.    The apartment's advantage is high ceilings. The apartment was recently refurbished, and now it features everything necessary for a comfortable stay. One of the conveniences is the separate dining room with a large table. The old piano in the hall adds the apartment special atmosphere. The apartment features air conditioner, TV, microwave oven, washing machine, and dishwashing machine.
   The apartment is perfect for up to four guests' accommodation. It is furnished with a wide double bed and comfortable folding divan. The apartment is cleaned daily, except for the weekends and holidays. The bed-clothes and towels are changed twice a week.
   The apartment features the metal door. The access to the block of apartments is through the coded door. Concierge keeps order in the block of apartments.
