   The total area of the two-room apartment situated on Mira Prospect equals 50 square meters. It consists of the two rooms (a bedroom and a living room), a kitchen, and a bathroom. The apartment is contained in the so-called "Stalin epoch house", which means the building that was put up during Iosif Stalin's ruling. Such buildings are considered to be very durable, warm and firm.    The apartment features high ceilings, double-glazed windows, air conditioner. It is comfortable enough for up to five persons: the bedroom is furnished with large double bed, the living-room - with folding divan. IF necessary, the guests can use single folding bed. The apartment features all the necessary domestic electric appliances, including TV, washing machine, refrigerator, freezer, microwave oven, coffee making machine, electric kettle. The living-room is furnished with soft furniture, and in the kitchen one will find all the necessary utensils.
   The windows of the apartment overlook Mira Prospect. To get to the center of Moscow with its' architectural monuments, museums, theaters and stores, one needs approximately 10 minutes.
   The apartment features the metal door. The access to the block of apartments is through the door with two codes. The apartment is cleaned twice a week. The bed-clothes and towels are changed once a week. Additional cleaning and bed-clothes changing are available upon request for separate price.
