   The cozy two-room apartment is situated in several minutes' walk of Frunzenskaya metro station. It is intended for 1-2 guests. Close to the apartment the Moscow Palace of Youth, entertainment centers, restaurants, a swimming pool, and the park named after Maxim Gorky are located.    The apartment is equipped with telephone, TV, microwave oven, washing machine. The water filter guarantees the quality of water. In the bedroom there is a large double bed, and the living room is furnished with soft furniture, a lamp, and a coffee table. The windows of the apartment overlook the inner yard, so the guests will not be disturbed by the street noise.
   The entrance door to the building the apartment is located in is equipped with a coded lock.
   The apartment is cleaned twice a week, the bed-clothes is changed once a week. Additional apartment cleaning and bed-clothes' changing are available upon request for extra fee.
