The restaurants of the Metropol Hotel specialize in Russian cuisine, but their menus also feature some dishes of European cuisine.    The celebrated hall of the Metropol Restaurant that can seat up to 150 guests is situated on the ground floor of the hotel. The large stained-glass roof, giant lamps and the marble fountain in the center of the hall create the unique atmosphere of luxury and comfort.
At the Boyarsky Restaurant the guests are welcome to try dishes cooked to the Old Russian recipes in the interiors of the boyars' chambers. For the guests could plunge in the Russian culture they are offered folklore shows with traditional songs and dances.    The hall of this luxurious restaurant can seat up to 60 guests. As a rule, the Boyarsky Restaurant is full in the evenings, so advanced booking is highly recommended.
Designed in neo-classical style the Europeisky Restaurant offers irreproachable service and delicious dishes of Russian and European cuisines. In the evening the live music is played.    There are also several cozy bars and a confectionary-cafe at the Metropol Hotel.
