   For arranging seminars, conferences, presentations and other business activities, the four-star Novotel Hotel in Moscow offers six well-equipped conference halls intended for 15-350 persons.
   The Novotel Hotel also features several relatively small rooms for negotiations.
   Those who organize business events are welcome to use writing materials and technical units, such as screens, slide projectors, TV, simultaneous translation systems and so forth. The price of technical units' rental services can or can be not included in the price of a conference hall rent. Such equipment, as video-camera, LCD-projector, and video player is available for separate price. Rental conditions should be agreed in advance. If necessary, services of qualified secretaries are available.
   The employees of the Novotel Hotel will be pleased to take care of conferences' and seminars' catering, including organization of coffee breaks and business lunches.
