The guests of the Sovietsky Hotel are welcome to visit the Yar Restaurant, the Green Bar and the Sudakov`s Gallery Bar-restaurant.
The Yar Restaurant, one of the most famous in Moscow, had been considered the best restaurant in Russia since 1826 - the year of its foundation. Today, as 180 years ago, the Yar offers its guests a wide choice of exquisite dishes of Russian cuisine.
Moreover, every evening the guests can see here a theatrical show, which helps to understand Russian traditions better. That`s why the restaurant was prized a lot of times not only as the best restaurant in Moscow, but also for the renaissance of the traditions of Russian hospitality.
The Sudakov`s Gallery Bar-restaurant serves so-called "fusion" cuisine, which mixes European, Russian, French and Italian cooking traditions. This restaurant has a summer terrace in the inner patio of the Sovietsky Hotel, where the guests can have a lunch or a supper.
In the Green Bar the guests can taste the dishes, which are served in the the Yar Restaurant, and have a nice time drinking beverages and smoking Cuban or Dominican cigars.
